AKL night entertainment

We are having a small wedding at WDW (15 ppl) and all of our guests are staying at AKL. I am trying to think about what we could do at AKL as a "welcome" type of event the first night they arrive. All I can think of is to hang by the pool or in our villa? I have seen the fire pit but it doesn't look like enough chairs for 15 people. What entertainment, especially at night, is there to do at AKL?
