We will be staying at Jambo House from 9/20-9/27, savannah view room. It's our second stay, the first being two years ago. Counting down the days!

Does anyone have or can provide a link that shows the marketplace type store at Kidani village. I know there is no quick service restaurant at Kidani. I just want to be prepared to see what is offered there (food/drink wise) or if I should just do a garden grocer type thing.

Ive seen people mention finding candles and such that smell like the lobby of the Poly, and Beach Club. Has anyone had any luck finding any scent similar to the lobby/halls of AKL? Its been 2 weeks since our vacation, but I cant get that smell out of my mind! Im going to Kohl's and Bath and Body works tomorrow for other things and plan to sniff around..... but thought Id ask in case anyone else has already found something similar??

Anyway, with a very good search you may find it again. They linked a website and everything. Only thing is, I can't remember which resorts they found out the scent for. It was more than just a couple but that's all I remember

Wonderful!!!! Its hard to describe, but kinda earthy and spicy. I LOVED IT!

Wonderful!!!! Its hard to describe, but kinda earthy and spicy. I LOVED IT!

I suspect it's got Amber and/or Sandalwood in it. If you go to the store looking, start with scents with those notes

Help! We left 2 bathing suits at the akl on June 25. 4 calls to the resort lost & found have gone Unanswered. What is the resorts main email address? Thanks!

This is one area I have found AKL VERY lacking. My DS left a Viking sword and shield in the CL lounge last year. We were the last people out. It disappeared. Never showed up at lost and found, I talked the the CL CM at 6:30 am the next day, called lost and found 3 times during our stay, CL CM called a few times. My DS left something else (a Cars toy maybe) on out last trip during similar circumstances and again, no help.

Not sure whether to purchase the unlimited refill mugs - is there a drink dispenser at the pool area ? Or is there only one at the food court area ?

No refill at the pool, but the Mara is only a few feet from the pool. They are in the same location so it is still very convenient.

I also thank you for the info. We are staying CL and on the free dining as well so I wondered about refills while at the pool as well since the mugs come with dining. But honestly I'm sure will be having a few poolside cocktails : )

....it's not really a food court...it's more like a self-serve/ cafeteria-style eatery....on-the-spot cooked foods AND pre-packaged items...
