AKL LITE II - We're #2, but we try harder....

Closing a credit card account yourself is bad for your credit rating? How weired is that??? You just might not need it anymore or would want to change to a different company.

Elin, since you were already writing about POFQ, may I bother you with two questions, we are still considering POFQ for December: What was your experiences with Disney transportation there? And are those AC units noisy? When I stayed at POR I found the unit to be very loud and I really preferred the internal system at AKL!

1. What dates in December? Might we be there at the same time?

2. We only once had a wait for a bus. But there was a CM there calling for reinforcements so it wasn't bad at all. At Christmas, with the heavier crowds, we only once went the whole way through POR. I know that they normally do the complete run but we did not experience it most of our stay. It was not bothersome to me at all.

3. I didn't notice the AC unit. I guess that means it wasn't too loud?!?

Yep...we are there Dec 16-21 Laura arrives the same day but departs later than I (as usual)

Diana and I are both arriving on 12/16; her little princess, Ava, is coming too!!

My husband, DD Tori and her "bff" arrive on 12/19 (yes, I'm getting a head start!!! ) We leave the morning of 12/23.

I couldn't go to my 40th HS reunion this weekend because my boss is out of town. I am not complaining, it is the way it is.

However, there are a bunch of photos from the get-together on facebook now and I am shocked at all the old people who were there! Alright, I know that is the cliche, but REALLY... they are OLD! I am the same age they are and I don't think I look like that. Admittedly most everyone is heavier (that made me feel better ) but they look like their parents! I am truly surprised. I know I am not a spring chicken nor do I think I look like a 30 year old, but with two exceptions, these people looked like they were way up in their 60s. Unless the 50-somethings I hang around with on a regular basis are particularly well-preserved.
