AKL-Jamba 1 bedroom questions

We are new members to the DVC club and I just booked a 1 bedroom at the AKL-Jamba House. Could someone advise how the rooms are and does it have a separate bathroom and how is the fold out couch? Also does anyone know if I can use either pool at AKL or just the one at the Jamba.

There is one bathroom across a little hallway from the master bedroom. Both the fold out couch and the sleeper chair are comfortable. I personally tested the sleeper chair.

The bathroom has a different style jetted tub than other DVCs, and has tall sides. There is no separate shower in Jambo House. The toilet is in its own little room.

And you can use any of the facitilities at Kidani or Jambo, including pools.

We stayed in a one bedroom in Jambo house this past March. I **loved** it. We had a standard view room (pool side) and it was so convenient to Mara and the pool.

It's a beautiful resort.

We stayed in a 1BR Value at Jambo and loved it. We had a gorgeous Savannah view where we were able to see giraffe, zebra and ostrich.

The room was very convenient to the elevators, but towards the end of the hallway so very quiet. Perfect for us!

My wife is already asking to go back there and wants to stay longer. Not sure if I could convince her to stay at Kadani based on our fabulous experience in Jambo.
