I have a question for those of you who have stayed club level...
My sis and I are booked in AKL concierge Nov. 29 thru Dec. 2. I have received the information (one page) that says what I owe and when my dates are, etc. I emailed the IPO and got some info from them to fill out re: ADRs, etc. Am I to expect any other paperwork thru "snail mail" that relates to our concierge experience? I keep hearing people talking about "travel documents"....
