I have a question for those of you who have stayed club level...
My sis and I are booked in AKL concierge Nov. 29 thru Dec. 2. I have received the information (one page) that says what I owe and when my dates are, etc. I emailed the IPO and got some info from them to fill out re: ADRs, etc. Am I to expect any other paperwork thru "snail mail" that relates to our concierge experience? I keep hearing people talking about "travel documents"....

We did everything via email or phone. They then emailed an itineray back to me which I printed. Before my trip (30 days or so) I got my ME tags and my offical travel documents (vouchers, itinery, etc) from the Disney Travel Company. I hope that makes sense. IPO sent my trip "schedule" sort or and WDW travel co sent my actual Itinerary.

I have stayed AKL CL 5 or 6 times and it is WONDERFUL. You will love it!!
(I always make my arrangements via email as well. GREAT IPO office )

Oooo, that sounds great!! Thanks so much for your encouraging words about it. I recently stayed WL CL with my 7 yr old granddaughter but this will be the first time I've stayed with my sister at club level. I sure hope all the construction mess is over with by then...

There will still be major construction of the new building(s) in Nov./Dec. but from what I've read the work in The Lodge will be completed. i HOPE so I think they will do a good job of making your stay wonderful. Definitely keep in touch with IPO via email to stay up-to-date with what's going on around there.
You will love it there! Enjoy. (Any questions feel free to PM me. However, I do not have up-to-the-minute info due to all the changes. I stayed CL in mid-May and was actually told that the CL Lounge would always be in its original location. A couple of weeks later, I heard thru the Dis that it had been temporarily moved to the Presidential Suite. So, one never knows...)
