AKL - here we come!

I'm doing my happy dance! I just booked AKL for my last night at WDW in November. I can't wait! I never thought I'd be able to stay there, but I got a standard room for $121 with the AP rate. My sister (llfowl) will be staying there with us, too!

I know exactly how you feel. We will be there at the same time, and I still cannot believe that we are staying at AKL!!! I probably won't believe it until we actually check in!!!!

We are doing it in Feb. and I can't believe we are going to be there. My kids don't know, it will be a surprise and they will find out when we check in. They will be thrilled. They think we are staying at All Star Sports and they are not too thrilled. They hated our last stay there and they begged to stay at a different hotel during our next stay. I told them that we were unable to get another hotel so they are resigned. They are 10 and 12 so it will be a big surprise.

Trying to convinve my dad, who will be turning 70 and has never been to Disney to join us. Still working on him.

Looking forward to our stay.

We loved it there.

Everything about it was great.

The buses ran well. Never had to wait long.

The pool was never crowded.

Boma breakfast was wonderful. Make sure you get their special juice. We walked in without PS.

The whole atmosphere was romantic, yet my kids loved it too.

I have visited AKL twice for dinner and loved the place! I will be staying there for 2 nights starting 11/30. I can't wait! I can really relate to your excitement!!!!!! It is a wish come true!!!!!

My family of 5 stayed at AKL 10/7 & 10/8 and loved it! We checked in at 10:15 am. The bellman took us straight to our room. It is absolutely breathtaking!

Our family is leaving for the AKL on Nov. 7th!!!!!! We have never stayed there but we're so suprised at the rates, so we couldnt pass it up. Our goal is to stay in every resort.......so far we have stayed in the Grand Floridian, Wilderness Cabins, and the Port Orleans riverside.......HERE WE COME!!!!!!
