AKL eating there??

We are staying at AKL how many times should I plan on eating there for seven nights. We will have a 26month old, and will be doing naps mid day. Depending on naps and where we dine we may or may not go back to the park. Just because of the parks closing earlier in Jan. IS is must to do breakfast at AKL? Any suggestions will help. We plan on eating at other resorts too just because we want to tour a few others and will have a car.

My best guess is that you should plan on eating there at least once a day if not a little more. I think it would be tough to try to be somewhere other than your resort for every meal, every day, especially with a little one.

We ate at the Mara (the CS location) for breakfast nearly everyday (unless we had a character meal planned elsewhere)

Would you not do bomma breakfast.. I hear it is great but really wanted to skip it! ...lol

We went once and it was good food, but DH thought it was too expensive to on a daily basis.

We also ate at the Mara for lunch on our arrival day and deaprture day. The lines move pretty quick and there was a decent variety on the menu.

No, I would absolutely go to Boma, one of the best breakfasts in all of WDW, IMHO.

I would plan on eating at Mara a couple times and Boma at least once for dinner. Breakfast is nice too, but expensive as are most WDW table service breakfasts.

Kona Cafe is great for breakfast and has a nice atmosphere in the Poly. Tonga toast is a must as well as the pressed Kona Coffee.

Sounds good. I might have to take a taxi over there one morning.

It's about $15-$20 for a taxi ride between most resorts that are not in the same area. For instance, it cost $18 between Pop an AK and about $20 between Pop and the Grand Floridan.
