AKL Concierge??s Please help?

Does anyone know when you can book the safari? Also, will someone contact me regarding planning or do I just e-mail them? Does anyone have the e-mail address? Or should I just call them? Please help!

I called concierge right after making reservations in Jan. after reading on these boards that the Sunrise Safari sometimes books up fast. 90 days out is exactly right, but they made a note on my reservation to book it when the time came. I received a phone call a month ago saying it had been taken care of and asking if I needed anything else. Went ahead and gave them my list of requests for PS's which were taken care of in about one hour. They e-mailed with the PS numbers. Just received my 60 day call yesterday to see if there was anything else. How about some spa services? All taken care of! ANTICIPATION

Here's Jack's number at the AKL concierge - (407) 938-4755. I was on the phone with him the other week making reservations for the sunrise safari. I was very lax in making reservations for things this trip - not sure why. When I called the ss was full and we were put on a waiting list. Fortunately, enough people ended up on the list so they added another vehicle. Our family is really looking forward to the safari. I would have never known about it if it wasn't for these boards!
