AKL Concierge - any way to ensure a savannah view room?

My understanding is that an AKL concierge room may be either savannah view or pool view. Is there any way to ensure a savannah view? For example, if I was willing to stay on a lower floor? I'd like to stay concierge on a future trip in order to do the sunrise safari, but if I'm paying that kind of money I want a savannah view!

I booked in May with a local travel agent. He got on the phone and called Disney. The WDW rep asked me if I wanted a Savannah view or a pool view.

Of course I said Savannah. I have been in contact with the AKL Concierge lodge since making ADRs, Safari plans etc. I have not mention the room.

Maybe I should?

From what I was told when I stayed there: the only concierge rooms that do not overlook the Savannah are smoking rooms that are on the sixth floor. Not sure if this still holds true, but I am sure if you call they will tell you. There are very few rooms for concierge that do not have the glorious views.
