AKL CMs were great

We went to the Magic Kingdom and had our picture taken by a photographer there on 6/19. We picked our picture out and as it was raining we asked for it to be sent back to our hotel (AKL). We were not checking out until 6/22. On 6/20 I went down to the Zawadi Marketplace to pick up the picture and it wasn't there. The people at ZW were great they asked all kinds of questions and promised to look into where the picture was. The next day 6/21 I received a message from ZW that the picture was in and I could come down and pick it up anytime. I went down and once again the picture was nowhere to be found. Karen came out and was very apologetic and helpful. She said she would make a special trip to MK to try to get the picture. I told her that we were checking out the next day but that we would be around until 10 that night. She promised I would have the picture before I left. The next evening before we left I again checked in ZW. I had ordered one 8x10. There were 2 8x10's a 5x7 and 4 wallets. I really appreciated the effort that people at ZW put in to make sure I had my pictures to take home.

Does anyone have the email address that I can use to compliment the great CMs at ZM?

I had a similar experience when my dh left the extra mini dvs tapes at home on our last trip. I figured we could get them at WDW so why worry...well no where to be found. A CM, who I can't remember the name but Karen does sound familiar. Called all around. DTD, MGM other resorts to no avail. She then took her own time at lunch to drive to a Radio Shack and purchase them for us! And then wouldn't even take additional money for her gas and time. I've never had such wonderful experiences w/ CMs! I don't have the email but you can get the fax number off the wdwig.com website...they may have a email too.

UPDATE

Today 10 days after we checked out of AKL we received a package from the Zawadi Marketplace with another 8x10 picture of us in front of the castle. They have really gone all out!
