Which area do the buses pick up first, kidani or jambo? I'm hearing differently on two websites.We keep going back and forth deciding which to do, but DH gets irritated when buses arrive full already- so this may be our tie breaker.

They pick up at Kidani first, except for Disney Springs, Jambo is first pick up. It's a short walk over to Kidani if you prefer doing that.

Thanks. We seriously have booked back and forth twice already. We book jambo, then switch to kidani, then back. I can't make up my mind because both have good selling points. If I tell him kidani picks up first it's over.

I think it varies by where the bus is going/coming from. We came home from HS and it stopped at Jambo first, the next night from AK it went to Kidani first.

When we were there in 2013, the bus picked up at Kidani most of the time. Dropping off, it often went to Jambo first. However, 2013 was a bit ago, so it might have changed.

We were last there in Aug 2012 and it always picked up at Kidani first, with the exception of DTD. Maybe check in with the Jambo thread, to see if any things changed.

We were there last October. Picked up and dropped off at kidani first. Every time except when going or coming from Disney Springs.

We were there Feb 24 to March 8 this year. Always picked up at Kidani first but dropping off varied-about 60/40 Jambo first.

It isn't that bad of a walk to Jambo, and they have a shuttle that goes between the two. Also, if I remember correctly, there is a drink refill station in the gift shop in Kidani. So no worries, hakuna matata.

We were there in January, in the mornings they ran separate busses to each house when we went to MK and Epcot, we didnt stop at Jambo at all in the mornings for those two parks at that time of day. As for Animal Kingdom they picked up at Kidani First then went to Jambo. We had no time set aside for HS so I can't answer how that route is handled.

For all afternoon travel they stopped at Kidani first then Jambo except when going to Disney Springs.

I've always wanted to stay at Jambo but the more time I get sequestered to Kidani due to lack of availability the more I realize that's where I prefer staying even after visiting Jambo house for Jiko, Mara, Victoria Falls lounge, etc. I just find it so quiet and relaxing, the times when I've visited Jambo house it's always seemed to be higher energy, but not as high energy as something like a monorail resort.

Same here. When they shared, the buses stopped at Kidani first to/from the parks, and Jambo to/from Disney Springs.

Stupid question but here we go... lol is there two different check in locations? Or do both check in at the main lobby desk. I am renting DVC from a co worker and I'm staying in deluxe studio in Kidani Village. Can any one list a few of the differences between the two?

There are two separate check ins, one at each resort-Jambo and Kidani. I thought I heard also that they don't always share buses, that sometimes each resort has its own bus.
