AKL and the Hoop Dee Doo Revue?

Has anyone ever been to the HDD while staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge? We have PS for 7:15 in May and it looks like a nightmare trying to get to and from Ft. Wilderness from the AKL. Has anyone ever done this? Any tips? Thanks!

I haven't gone over from AKL but I would suggest going to MK and taking the boat over of FW.

That seems to be the quickest from all of my "research"! I really was considering cancelling our reservation but think the boat just might work! Thanks for your input. Michele
