Do you mind to explain why the use year is important for resale?

Part of my thinking was that a percentage of the resale market is made up of existing owners who already have an existing UY. Often those owners when adding on points with another contract will want the same UY. So if the UY picked wasn't a common one it might exclude a portion of buyers from the beginning. So according to the chart posted, really the only UY that might provide an additional benefit in reselling would be December for AKV. Other than that the UY percentages didn't vary too much. Really though, most people when they buy are thinking mostly what works for their travel habits as many have mentioned. For me, as a first time buyer I am more concerned with the amount of points on a contract than I am the UY so everyone is different.
