ok so there are going to be three little girls in our group this year that would love to go to a princess breakfast. unfortunatly we already have the luau booked for two meals on our dining plan and dont want to use two more for the cinderella breakfast. has anyone ever done the princess breakfast at akershus. is it close to as good and worth it or not really worth it at all and should we just do cinderella. girls are 6, 9, 11. also we are going during christmas time i dont know if that makes a difference in decorations or anything like that. thanks everyone :goodvibes

We went to Akershus for lunch in January and we all loved it! My DD4 and DS2 enjoyed all the princess interaction and we enjoyed the Norwegian food. It is a different type of menu, but we really like to try new things. We saw Ariel in her ballgown, Aurora, Mulan, Jasmine, and Belle in her blue dress. I don't know if you are only looking for breakfasts, but there is a Cinderella dinner at the GF at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella, Prince Charming and the mice. We did Park Fare for breakfast and really enjoyed it. Have a great trip!

Oh..do it! It's fantastic...especially for breakfast! If you book an early time, you get into Epcot early and have the park practically to yourself (rides aren't open yet, but great photo ops with noone in the background). My dd calls it the princesses' summer house! The setting is beautiful and the breakfast food was fine...we had seconds of many things and we were quite full when we left.
We saw many of the princesses and didn't feel rushed at all! The girls were so cute in their princess outfits! We went to Akershus and CRT both in March. We're going back to Akershus in June since we liked it so much!

Akershus Princess BF is one of our favorites in all of WDW. The food is delicious! If you book it, make an early reservation because they do a cute ceremony when the restaurants opens each morning. The potato casserole is the best! princess:

Thank you guys so much. That sounds great, maybe even better than cinderellas castle. Ill tell the girls and im sure they will be very happy to know that it is so great. thank you everyone again.

I checked out the menu for this on allearsnet, and quite honestly, it doesnt seem to be anything special (I'm just talking food here, not atmoshphere).

Unless your group needs to see princesses, I would think Chef Mickey's would be more exciting, and food variety is so much more. If you ask me, I'd prefer eating with Chip & Dale much more than Jasmine (although, i kind oif have a soft spot for Ariel).
