Okay I know that whatever princeses are there is never set or definate. But given any experience you all have. Would I have a better chance of seeing Ariel at lunch than breakfast??? Also what would the earliest lunch be at?

Definitely lunch - depending on the time of year yo go 1st lunch seating is usually anytime between 11:00 am and 12:00.
