We have the option of either having lunch OR dinner at PSB with DD5. Any opinions on which one is better?

Also, the menu seems to be very limited. Does anyone know what is Kjottaker?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Kjottkake is a traditional Norwegian dish made of califlower, mushrooms and potatoes, its quite good. I worked overseas and had Northeastern Europe as my territory and used to go to Finland and Norway about once a month. I really liked the cuisine and the aquervit (Norwegian vodka). I went to Akershus on my last WDW visit for dinner and was very impressed with the authenticity of the dishes and the ambience. I had a veggie quiche and a pint of Calsburg and it was really nice.

We went for lunch in January and it was a nice transition during our day at Epcot. We spent the morning in Futureworld (is that what it's called?) and then spent the afternoon in World Showcase starting with PSL. We really enjoyed it and the food was great! We do like to try different foods in EPcot, so we are adventurous eaters, but everything was delicious and we would go back again!

We went there a little over a week ago for dinner and it was very good. The cold salad buffet was good. A few items that were unfamiliar but they had cold cuts, cheeses, breads, regular salad, chicken salad, potatoe salad, shrimp, etc. My husband and I both had the Kjottkaker which is a Norwegian meatloaf made with beef and pork I believe. It was very good along with the cauliflower, garlic, cheese mashed potatoes. We were presently suprised. My DD however ordered the cheese ravioli which didn't come with any pasta sauce on it which she didn't care for. Enjoy!
