Not guaranteed. We had a 9:30am ADR last week and FEA was not up and running yet and the line was ridiculous! Started running about 15 minutes later but the wait was already 90 minutes. We had a FP a little later thank goodness.

So you planned to ride at rope drop and then go to your ADR?

No we walked up to Norway and the line was almost down to Sommerhaus and was told by a cast member that the line for FEA was back there. When I said we were going to breakfast he looked at me a smiled and said "Good! FAE isn't running yet!" This was at 9:30 with park opening at 9. Our FP was at 11 so after breakfast

PPO means prepark opening. So reservations before 9am. Given there are no early EMH

No, for most people a PPO for Akershus isn't going to get you FEA...unless you are willing to skip princesses.

We arrived at Epcot at 7:30a and were only about ten people deep in line (there were two lines). We walked briskly to Akershus and were seated fairly quickly. Unfortunately, we were not seated where the princesses started their rounds and they stopped for the parade around the restaurant with the kids. We left immediately after seeing the last princess and the RD crowd was already there.

I know what PPO is, but I wanted the OP to know that at PPO wasn't a guarentee if riding FEA if that was the only reason for the ADR. 2 times when we were in Epcot the ride wasn't open at 9 and the line was lined up a ways down. Don't want people to think that just because they have that ADR they are getting a heads up on FEA. In the other hand a PPO ADR at Garden Grill will get you on Soarn early. Was told at our PPO they let people with reservations on at 8:45 before rope drop and they did! We had a completely empty que we walked through and walked straight on at 8:54.

Depending on when you are going, they may have worked out all of the issues and it could work. (Frequent closure, etc.) We are planning to use this strategy but know that it's not guaranteed.
