akershus menu breakfast or lunch?

hi i looked at the menu for lunch on the website but can anyone tell me how the lunch is?? do they bring stiff to the table and what do they bring to the table?? which would people rec. breakfast or lunch?? is Ariel on here for lunch? thanks!

I prefer the lunch and I have done both. They have really standard fare for the kids (pizza, hotdog or ravioli) and the soup and sandwich is really good. We all enjoyed the shared dessert platter. They have a cold buffet with sliced meets, cold shrimp and other things. Your hot entree and dessert come to the table. Character interaction doesn't feel as rushed as breakfast. The breakfast food is o.k. but boring. If you like the way some of the things sound on the menu, go for the lunch it feels more laid back.

My family and I did the breakfast there about 3 weeks ago. I was pretty disappointed in it. I agree with mamaprincess that the breakfast service was rushed. The princesses seemed to be in a big hurry and did not spend much time with my DD6. Also, Belle was in the lobby for a picture, and it seemed like they only allowed my daughter to have about 10 seconds with her.

We saw Belle, Mulan, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine, and Snow White. If you're looking for Ariel then I definitely think you've got a better chance of seeing her at lunch (that is what our breakfast server told us).

I think we'll try lunch the next time we go back!

as covered in my trip report linked in my sig, i recently did an 11:30 lunch there. the food was so good. had the pasta akershus and the chicken was most excellent.

had belle in her yellow gown as greeter, saw ariel, aurora, jasmine and cinderella, but of course none of that is set in stone.

I was thinking about trying this character meal since we have not had a chance to try it yet. The breakfast times seem to short, so I think we will try the lunch.
