DH is insisting we go back to Akershus, Jasmine that hussie, but DD was less than thrilled with the breakfast menu when we attended in '06. If anyone has been would you recommend the lunch or dinner for a picky eater (age 12) and her parents? I know she can probably just order off the kids menu but what is the adult food like? Any thoughts on which meal is better? DH really wanted breakfast but he might just have to see his girlfriend later in the day.

We had dinner there last trip. DS, 14 at the time is going back with us in 2 weeks "just for the food at that Norway place." Of course, now that he is 16 he may be going for the princesses too. However, he is the pickiest eater imaginable and he really loved the food there. He had the pasta with grilled chicken and is still raving about it 2 years later. I had the lamb and it was really delicious too. The pasta and chicken is probably a picky eater's best bet, but there is meatloaf also, it has some weird name that I can't spell and I didn't even realize it was meatloaf until I read about on these boards. DD ate from the kids menu since she was 9 when we last went. She had the ravioli and loved it. There is also a cold buffet with cold cuts on it. When DS was 7, and even pickier than he is now, he made a turkey sandwich on rye bread and was quite happy.
