Akershus ADR ?

I was just reading in Birnbaum's Dining Guide that a credit card was required to book an ADR at Akershus. If we will be on the DDP, will they still need our card info? If so, will the card be charged or funds held?

You will still have to give a cc # to hold the reservation. However, It is just to hold & will only be charged for a no-show.

I booked Akershus online for Oct. It took my CC info, but shows charge of $0. I double checked this. You will only be charged if you are a no show.

Same here, booked for 11/3. Says right on the res $0.00 will be charged.

Thanks for the info. We never carry a balance on our cards and I didn't want to suddenly get a bill for an ADR.
