We went to Yak & Yeti on our last trip, and DH just loved the restaurant - the atmosphere, the meal, the service...but we were on the dining plan and we all got steak for lunch, so his perspective is slightly warped.

Anyway, I was just looking at the menus and noticed that some similar items of the TS menu are offered at the CS place (Anandupur Local Food Cafes). The honey chicken at TS is 17.49 and only 8.99 at CS :scared1:?

Considering what I've read about same menu items at CS & TS restaurants in other parks, could it be the same food?

If so...I will definitley consider CS over TS in this case.

TIA!

I think you get more food at the TS, at at the CS on our last visit and I had the honey chicken. It was lots of rice and about 5 or 6 small pieces of chicken. There was plenty of sauce though.

I like the TS but I will not eat at the CS again.

I don't know if the menus are the same food or not because I haven't tried the duplicated foods. Whatever I had at the CS was just okay, but I like the experience at the TS. I'll go in to the bar and order TS food before I'll ever order from the CS again.

Same here! I wasn't impressed with the CS, but love the TS. I'd go inside just for the lettuce wraps.:rotfl: At the CS I had the Kung Pao Beef and it was mostly white rice with very little anything else.

I have to agree - if you like rice, the CS will be fine. I do remember there being mostly rice in the container, and some meat. I don't recall what I ordered (not sure if it was beef or chicken) but I know it was not on the TS menu.

Thank you all! DH will be very happy with these reviews as I think we'll keep our ADR at Yak & Yeti afterall. :goodvibes
