More accurately, EMH every night.

Hat tip: Touringplans.com

2nd Edit: Only Pandora will be available from 11pm to 1am

From what I understand, Pandora will stay open late but not the whole park.

Ok-- limited time per resort could be really cool. I'm switching resorts on a split stay that day so I have 2 chances on wheel of EMH...

While this is AWESOME, do you think it will affect extended hours at other parks? I was really hoping for at least 11pm MK closings (later during EMH) during this time period...

Disney don't like giving things without taking other things away :/ but it could hurt attendance and revenue if they close the other parks early because people go later in summer. Then again, they could be trying to push guests over to Pandora.

Anyone have any idea what these "select" resorts are?

I agree! We'll be there 5/25-5/31 and I've been stalking the WDW Website in hopes of at least ONE night that MK is open late!

Will be interesting to see if they make it all resorts every day or a rotational thing, with different resorts every night. Probably easier to do the latter to manage crowds.

I wish they'd give more details so I can move plans around if I need to. Like I have a ROL on 06/03. If CBR can go to the EMH that night, great, I'm set. But if they can't, I may want to move that ROL dinner around.

I'm surprised they are trying late hours again at AK after last summer. It was awesome being in AK late, but they had to have lost money with as few guests were there after ten. We had Dinoland to ourselves one night, and once I walked through the entire queue of KS with no one else at all.

Maybe Pandora will be enough to bring crowds late, and with everyone concentrated in one area, it may feel more crowded.

I am a little concerned about the "select resorts" thing. It would be nice if this were announced in time to let us make plans for it. I remember that the fastpass testing was limited to select resorts and we were lucky enough to be in the chosen group at POR, but I will be annoyed if some guests get to do this and I don't. I imagine others would feel the same.

I can't imagine AK will feel empty at any time of the day (ok, well maybe except at 7am!) once Pandora opens and the crush of the summer simultaneously hits. Rivers of Light and Pandora will surely succeed at their goal of keeping guests around for all parts of the day.

I was initially concerned about the "select resorts" thing, but it was pointed out to me that Disney's description of Extra Magic Hours themselves uses the same "select" language, and this is never restricted by resort. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/extra-magic-hours/
