No Keurigs in any DVC.

BWV Standard is very hard to get if you don't own at BWV.

BW studios are 359. Only Riviera and PVB are over 400 square feet.

BW has the convenience of walking to two parks and bus to the other two (MK and AK). AK will be buses to both parks but I’ve only seen people praise the bus service at AK.

Because of the pull down Murphy bed, for storage I know BW pretty much has a single “dresser” with I believe 4 drawers and a small closet. As for AKV they don’t have the Murphy bed for the fifth person so perhaps there is more storage but I’ve never been in one so maybe others could answer.

Once in a while that 412 number comes back because somewhere it is still published. The BWV studios have always been about 359 sq ft. When being built, there was a room size breakdown that was actually filed in some places that showed the much larger room sizes, but the actual structure never had those large room sizes. Even Disney itself screwed up later with its website. The website in the late 90's had the actual sg footage of the rooms; then in the early 2000's, the website was updated and showed the larger room sizes. That was an error and was corrected about a year thereafter, but on the web, errors always seem to maintain a life of their own.

The total drawer space is not much different. The closet space in Kidani and BWV is about the same, but in Jambo less.

Bus service at BWV was for a long time the worst of all. It originally shared with Swan/Dolphin and BC/YC, making 5 stops total at different resorts before you even go anywhere. It then shared with S/D and only sometimes with BC/YC. About four years ago, it at least improved MK by getting its own bus for that route. My experience over more than 20 years with BWV is that it also has more delays with service than any other resorts -- it seems that every trip we make staying there results in at least a couple of high delays -- e.g., for no apparent reason, we waited 55 minutes for a bus to return from MK in January.

The boat system for studios and Epcot has far fewer delays and you have the option to walk to either (Epcot is a fairly short trip, studios just under a mile)

At AKL, it is only buses, with just two stops (Jambo and Kidani) and during rush times they often run separate buses to MK. Trip to AK is quick. For other parks, you have longer mileage distance than you have from other resorts, but we have found AKV to have far fewer delays than any of the other DVC resorts, and, with only two internal stops, trips are often even shorter than from other DVC resorts. The real "delay" time at AKL can be getting from your room to the bus station. Rooms near the end of wings in Jambo are a long way to bus station; rooms near the end of the wings at Kidani are as far away from the lobby and bus station as you humanly can ever get in a hotel anywhere in the world (and I mean on earth, not just WDW). With kids in tow the walk from an end room on the north wing of Kidani down the hallway to the bus station can take more than 10 minutes.

BWV standard studios have a serious availability issue as they often disappear almost immediately at 8 a.m. at 11 months out, and sometimes even before. A like issue exists for AKV value and club level rooms, but not its standard or savanna view rooms, and at least at Kidani studios are open at 7 months out a significant part of the year. BWV sleeps 5 with the additional Murphy bed, while AKV allows only four (plus a child under 3 ) in a studio. The DVC resorts have Mr. Coffee coffee makers.

I have never thought of WDW as a place for heart healthy food options. I can think of none at BW, but you might possibly find some at AKL.
