AK to Hoop-Dee-Do

We have a 4:00 reservation at the Hoop-Dee-Do on a day we plan to go to AK. Can't change it as we have our FastPasses all set. How long will it take to get from AK to Hoop-Dee-Do? I hear it's difficult to get a Minnie Van and we would need one with two car seats. Are there buses from AK we can take?

Yes, bus to Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, which goes to the Outpost check-in area. From there, you take an internal shuttle bus to the Settlement, where the show is located in Pioneer Hall.

Bus to FW runs about every 20 minutes, and the bus ride should take about 20-25 minutes. You can take any of the 3 shuttle buses; one will be leaving every 5-10 minutes on average. Shuttle bus ride is about 15 minutes. So be at the AK bus stop for FW about 75 minutes before the time you want to check in at HDDR.

Other options are a bus to any of MK, WL, or CR, and then a boat ride to FW. The boat dock is a short walk to Pioneer Hall, so you don't need to take the shuttle bus at FW. But the boats run less frequently, so you should allow 90 minutes. If you take the boat from MK, you will need to go thru bag check leaving the MK bus area. The boats from MK usually have enclosed and outdoor seating; the boats from CR & WL are entirely outdoors,

Don't forget to pick up your tickets prior to arriving.
You should be able to get them at a resort concierge. If you wait until you arrive plan on at least 30 minutes additional.

when you get back to Settlement area there is a bathroom beside the Hoop DEE DOO Hall if any littles that need a bathroom quickly use bathroom before enter as you will have to go back outside to this one as none inside

On the MInnieVan question ... ALL MinnieVans are equipped with TWO child seats.

MV fares (I think) are $17 + $3.15 per mile currently. According to Google Maps, AK to HDD is 8.2 miles, so the fare would be about $43 not including any tip.

It totally depends on the demand on that particular day. Sometimes you can get a Minnie Van within a couple of minutes; other times it can take 20 minutes for one to get to you.
