AK to contemporary

how long does it take to get from the AK to the contemporary? is there a bus that goes direct or do i need to transfer to the monorail? if i want to get to the contemporary by 5pm, would i be able to still watch the parade at 3:45 and have enough time?

If your comming from the Animal Kingdom, you just go to the Walt Disney World Resort bus station & wait for the Contemporary bus.

That's cutting it close. If you watch the parade from near the Tree of Life, a 3:45 parade that starts in Harambe will probably finish in front of you at maybe 4:10. Figure another ten minutes to walk to the bus stop. Wait 15 minutes for the bus, that puts us at 4:35.

Now at some times of day, the bus will stop at Blizzard Beach to pick up guests (if BB is open). My gut feeling is that now we're looking at 4:55 arriving at the CR - and I'm probably being optimistic here.

Also, I think the CR bus at AK also includes another stop. Wilderness Lodge? Floridian? If the latter, it would likely go to WL first, adding a few minutes to the trip. If the Floridian or the Poly, then the CR would likely be the first stop.

If your 5pm is a hard deadline, I wouldn't chance it.
