AK hours and ROL

isnt the ROL show supposed to occur after dark? I was looking at the hours for AK and it closes at 6pm in May. It won't be dark at 6pm. Will they adjust park hours when they open ROL? I was trying to coordinate dining and being able to see ROL.

I expect they'll adjust park hours once the official opening of ROL is announced.

That's what makes the most sense. I made a 5pm ADR so was hoping to see ROL afterwards

When booking my room a couple of days ago I asked the CM if there was an opening date yet for ROL and she said there wasn't. She then hesitantly added that it was supposed to open in May, but she doesn't think it will be. Not sure if that was just her opinion or she actually heard something.
