I noticed that Rafiki's Planet Watch is open for EE. Is this the exhibit that is only reached by the Wildlife express train?

I was thinking of trying to do Dinosaur and Primevil Whirl as soon as the rest of the park opens at 9. Is Rafiki's Planet Watch something that can be finished (after the Safari and Pangani's Forest Trail) before 9 a.m.?

Thanks for your help.

I do not know the answer, but will bump this up for those who do know! :)

You could probably head to Rafiki's right when you get in for EE. You have to take a train there and back which takes time. Plus you will want to pole around. I'd say if you are not willing to give it an hour at EE, save it for later in the day.

I would suggest you go to the Safari ride first. The lines for this can get very long. The animals are more active early in the morning. The best ride we ever had was on our last trip. It was when the park first opened. A lot of the animals were coming right along the roadway. I wouldn't use EE for Rafiki's planet, you could go there ahy time.

If you want to hit Dinoland (and possibly Kali River Rapids) with no lines when the park opens at 9am I suggest you DON'T hit Rafiki Planet Watch during Early Entry -- especially if you want to do the Safari.

The train to Conservation Station (Rafiki) is usually just a matter of waiting for the next train to arrive all day long. By the time you entered the park and made it all the way back to the station and the first train would take you there that would be the first half-hour. You don't want to have to rush through it and that's exactly what you would be doing.

So my suggestion would be to get there when Extra Magic Hour starts but then just hit the Safari and then backtrack towards It's Tough to be a Bug (like Rafiki, this is walk-on city later in the day, but at least it's short and it moves you in the right direction).

Thanks. The unofficial guide made it sound like it took large amounts of time out of your day. But if it isn't bad, I'll save it for later.
