AK crowds in early December?

So we're going the second week of December. At 6 and half months out I looked at touringplans.com, and planned our trip.

From December 10-14 we have 5 people, and from December 7-9 2 people. At 180 from checkin I booked all our ADRs for the trip. We got BOG and breakfast at CRT. Also we have a fantasmic package.

So today, I noticed that the crowds for AK have jumped from 2/3 to 5 on the days we were planning to be there. AK seems to be higher every day. In addition, some of our other days went up by one.

So what should I do? Try to changed the ADRs now? I can't hold more than one at a time.

The one change that was easy was to swap Epcot and AK - instead of 5/5 it would be 3/4. On our AK we already were going to Epcot for dinner, so I just made an extra lunch ADR (no ADR for AK).

I can change some of the early ones - should I or should I just see what happens over the next few months?

Does anyone know why the numbers jumped? I know they changed a couple of the EMH dates, but I only saw one change at the MK.

Crowd numbers are just an estimate.

Consider their long-range accuracy to be about as accurate as long-range weather reports.

I just found an entry in their blog - apparently this was not a change in expected crowds as much as a recalibration of levels. If I read it correctly, they just factored in Fastpass+.
