AK at park close to MCO via Uber

Would I likely be able to meander out of AK around park close at 5pm, Uber to pick up luggage at resort, and Uber to MCO for an 8:35pm departure?

Agreed. Even if you have PreCheck, I think it's too close.

I was planning to leave around 4:30 from AK directly as will have a rental car and my flight is at 7:30pm. Are others thinking this is cutting it too close for comfort?

Depending on the day of the week, 4:30 is considered "rush hour". Getting to the airport that time of day will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes. That is with traffic, but doesn't allow for accidents, etc.

Then dropping off car, taking luggage to check - in, through security, to gate. (Do you plan on stopping for food, restroom?). I would suggest leaving at 3:45 to 4:00

Thank you will plan to leave earlier. We are departing on a Saturday if that makes a difference in rush hour type traffic.

I'd leave at 4:00 at the very latest. MCO security can take a LONG time.
