AK at night - how would you tour?

Hi all. I know the nighttime hours (after 5 pm) at Animal Kingdom are still relatively new, but I'm trying to figure out how much is open, how busy it is, and if I should secure FP for those later rides.

I think the only things we are really interested in are Expedition Everest and the Kali River Rapids maybe Lion King show only if there is a 11 pm closing and not an 8 pm closing ... and of course just walking around to see how its lit for night.
What all is open after dark at AK - everything?

We are going Thanksgiving week, so we know the crowds will be heavy. but how have the nighttime crowd been so far?

What would you do? Secure FP for AK rides at night, or use the FP for the morning/afternoon park (HS, I believe) and then just standby anything at AK at night.

We are going in the AM, taking a break at 2, coming back for a evening ADR at Tiffins and winging the rides after dark.

I would do your morning the way you have planned then wing it at AK. Right now there is no guarantee it will be open late after Labor Day, I know right now it is showing 6 pm closing in November. I'm going in Sept. and right now the latest hours are 8 pm. at AK.
