AK and HS on same day?

On January 4th, I did KS, EE, and Dinosaur at AK before heading to DHS. I made it to DHS about 10:30 a.m. Adding in 2 of the 3 shows like mentioned about you should be able to make it to DHS in time for your 1:20 ADR.

My family split a day between AK and DHS earlier this week -- your plan is definitely doable, especially if your park days are a little less crowded than ours were. DH, DD7 and I started the morning at AK, rode EE three times back to back at RD, then met Grandma and Grandpa at the Safari (5 minute wait, even after we stopped for coffee and donuts on the way). Met Pocahontas, rode Kali, then had lunch at Tusker House. Did not use any FP+ at AK. Hopped on a direct bus to HS at about 1:30 pm. Turns out we did not use our FP+ there, either. We watched the Frozen Sing-Along, Indiana Jones, MuppetVision, rode Star Tours, all standby. We had FP+ for TSMM, but a 45 minute wait for FP dissuaded us from using it. Also had one for ToT, but DD7 chickened out. When we approached Star Tours, the standby line was shorter than the FP+ line. We headed back to our resort at 5:30 pm, met Grandma, Grandpa and our cousins for dinner, then let the kids have an evening swim. Have fun planning your day!

Lunch 1:20 - Mama Melrose for 1st Fantasmic Show

Voyage of the Little Mermaid - do you think there's enough time after lunch to make 3:00 pm show; no FP for that time available; does everyone get in? Maybe, we get to HS from AK with enough time before lunch....

Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt - no FP avail for 4:30 show; does everyone get in?

For the First Time In Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration 5:30 show with a FP+ that I was able to get today

Fantasmic! - Since we have the package from eating lunch at Mama's; what time do we really need to be there? DH is not going to want to stay in the park but we don't really have much time to go anywhere. We will have a car.

Little Mermaid doesn't have scheduled show times, so I don't know that there will be one right at 3:00, but you ought to be through lunch by 2:45 or so, so it should work out fine.

Everyone will be able to get into Lights Motors Action. No need to be there very early, although you could get seats pretty high up and far from the show if you arrive later than 4:15.

Don't know what time they will open up the reserved Fantasmic dinner package seating to everyone, but wouldn't expect it to be much before 30 minutes before show time.

I may have missed it but what was the travel time between AK and HS. We may do this in Feb/March.
