Which would you do in the morning?

Both open at 9. DHS has PM EMH, which doesn't matter as we have 7:30pm ADR.

no ADR is at the Grand Floridian.

Haven't done FP yet.

What time of year are you going? If it's still going to be hot out, I would rope drop AK. Go straight to the safari and then do KR Rapids if you want and then Expedition Everest (and maybe even go in the single rider line if it's too long a wait). If you hit them early, then lines shouldn't be too bad, and you really don't need a FP for the two shows.

Leave AK by the time it starts to get hot b/c there are more air conditioned things to do at DHS. Use your FP there.

I have mostly been in summer so my plan was to do AK first not sure if that still matter in Dec

When I do them both I do AK in the morning, no FPs and move over to HS and usually do that without FPS too, then move over to Epcot to finish the night with some good food and drink. The only big ticket ride I ride at HS is ToT and I kind of like the line there so I don't mind waiting, if my son isn't with me, I don't do TSMM. I don't do RnRC because it hurts my neck and don't do Star Tours because those kind of rides make me sick. Everything else I do there can be done without FP. At AK I do Safari first thing with stand by line, EE in single rider line, don't do Dinosaur hurts my neck, don't do Kali since I don't like walking around wet. Haven't done Bugs Life in years but love finding things on the Tree of Life so don't mind doing stand by on that one, no FP needed for the trails or the shows.
