AJ Madison - buying a refrigerator online...

Has anyone bought an appliance from AJ Madison and had it delivered? How was the service? Even paying $99 in white glove delivery service fees they are $350 cheaper than any of the local appliance stores (including lowes and home depot and sears) in my area to get the refrigerator I want. But I don't want to pay for white glove service if they are a pain to deal with if there is a problem with the fridge.

I purchased all of my kitchen appliances from AJ Madison a few years ago. Fridge, stove, and microwave (and a second microwave to get a $$ rebate). The service was great. I found the same products online from a cheaper company, but I didn't really like their reviews, so I called AJ Madison and they matched the price. I got the standard free delivery service, and they brought the items into my kitchen no problem. My kitchen guy was there to hook everything up, so I can't opine as to how they would do for install.

I did purchase the 3rd party warranties they sell, but I've never had any problems with any of the appliances.

I think it was about a week from order date to delivery - mostly since I wasn't available for their earlier delivery date. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I were purchasing large electronics. They usually have good sales around the holidays, and they'll link to any rebates from the manufacturer.
