I am finding great fares for AirTran out of Boston in August. Not so great for JetBlue or SWA. I am not familiar with AirTran. Does have anyone have good or bad experiences to share?

Thanks

See if you can get the Search function to work. (I know, it's a bit difficult these days.) I do remember, back last Summer, we were deciding which airline to book (since Song was pretty-much dead by then) and there were some discussions about JetBlue versus AirTran. (Southwest doesn't operate at Logan, so we wouldn't have considered them anyway; due to that and their cattle-car boarding process.) We chose JetBlue due to all the good things folks said about them (and our own, one-time experience, at that point), and all the negative things said about AirTran.

I much prefer Jet Blue, but I've done AirTran for the price out of Logan. Their terminal itself seems like an afterthought and isn't so nice, but just for flying...they got me there...though with a 2 hour delay.

I've flown AirTran to Atlanta as well...and well...they get you there. I find the flight attendants on Jet blue and Southwest to be much nicer and just seem happier while doing their job, they get you in the mood to travel. AirTran seemed indifferent, but like I said, if it's cheap, they will get you there.

We just booked Jet Blue (non-stops)from Logan for August. It was only a little more than Airtran.
Flew Airtran to Myrtle Beach a few years ago....no problems.

BTW -- Have you checked today? I was just looking and found $79 on both JetBlue and AirTran...
