Has anyone received a credit from Airtran when airfare goes down in price since purchased? I bought tickets from ABE to MCO about 1 1/2 weeks ago for January for $132.60. Last night I checked and same tickets were now $115.60. Since I bought 5 tickets it was an $85 difference. I called AirTran customer service and talked with a very nice rep who said "Sure, we can give you the credit for a future trip within one year of original booking date". She told me she would put the credit on my A+ account and when I was ready to use it I would need to access my account and make the future reservation thru my account. I checked my A+ account today and don't see any credit. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place for a credit, but, there doesn't appear to be anywhere for a monetary credit to show up on the A+ account, only the A+ credits. If I can't figure it out, I will call AirTran Customer Service back, but, I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Thanks.
