I assume you mean the $20 fee, I pay at the airport. When you check in at the kiosk, it will ask you how many bags you are checking in. Then you just swipe your card. Easy process.
We always do it the day before our flight when we do online check-in and print the boarding passes. It saves time at the airport. The kiosks sometimes have lines, especially in the morning. You should get an email from AirTran 24 hrs. before your departure regarding check-in and baggage.
I do mine at home. I print the boarding pass there too. Then when I get to the airport, I get in the line to just check in my luggage, show them my receipt where I paid for my luggage along with my ID and they take my luggage.
Once at the resort and it's time to check in for RAC, I usually call the phone number listed on my flight info paperwork, pay for the bag and get a confirmation number which I give to the RAC folks and all is well.
