Airtours Flights

Hello everbody
We finally got details of our flights through this morning - but still no tickets yet (we leave on Tuesday)

Just a couple of quick questions...

1) If we have to pick our tickets up from the airport, where do we go and is it easy for 2 very excited and slightly dippy people to find?

2) We are flying out with Airtours on an Airbus A330. DH wants to know what these are like, if they have TVs etc. Has anyone flown on these before? Are they good or should we take lots of books to ensure we're entertained?

I think it was an A330 when we flew with Airtours in Feb. Yes we had seatback TV's, with movies and kids cartoons and stuff.

The flight itself was OK. Just what you'd expect from charter flight. Food was average. Had to pay for headphones and drinks.
The toilets are located downstairs, the stairs themsleves I found rather steep and awkward especially with a toddler!!!

All in all though I had no real complaints about it.
