airport transfer - Boston/North Shore Logan

Can anyone recommend an airport transfer from the North Shore (MA) to Logan? We have used a few different companies but they all manage to be late picking us up either going or coming. Have 2 adults and 1 12 year old. Would actually like a taxi that is allowed to pick you up curb side. We have a 6:30am flight so it might be cheaper with a taxi since some companies charge extra for early morning. Logan Express in Peabody is fine for one person but not cost effective for 3 with leaving a car for 10 days.

Have you looked into the park and fly options at some of the nearby hotels? I can't remember which ones do it but the gist of it is...you stay overnight the night before your flight, then leave your car in their lot until you return. They have shuttles that take you to the terminals and then take you back to the hotel when you return. I think it was about $150 or so. That's about what the shared van service cost us from central ma last Nov. I would think that especially with such an early flight, it might be well worth your while to check out the park and fly option.
