Airport to Saratoga Springs

We booked a very last minute weekend trip and fly in very late next Thursday night landing at 11:09 est. What do y’all think are the best transportation options to the resort at that hour? I’ve always just used magical express but a. I don’t even know if I can reserve it now with this late or notice and b. I don’t want to have to wait forever since it’s so late.

As long as you're booked with a WDW resort, they'll get you on a ME. Do you have the room linked to your MDE? Usually you can make the reservation there. You can also call (407) 939-1936.

How long you wait doesn't really depend on how many days in advance you made the reservation. MDE is very flexible. They need to be as flights frequently do not stay on schedule. They constantly adjust thru the day.

One time after landing in MCO our ride fell thru. I called MDE and asked if it was possible for ME to take us to our resort. They said sure, asked us our room res# and told us to go wait on the ME line. We were boarded on a bus 15 minutes later. This was late in the day around 11pm.

The wait for ME is usually somewhere between 10-45 minutes.

I agree... DME will accommodate you, just scan your band upon arrival.

If you want a rideshare, Uber and Lyft will get you there for under $40. We take one or the other ((whichever is less expensive) often. If there are 4 or more of you you should get the larger vehicle.
