Airport question

Hi there
I'm all new to the DLC board, but since we are talking about making a trip to California in a years time, I've started to look into it and this is my first question.
Since we're flying in from Europe we'll arrive at LAX. How do we get to Disneyland from there. We aren't going to rent a car. Can we take a train, bus ect. Or should we take a domestic flight to another airport???

The easiest way to get from LAX to DLR is probably by Super Shuttle or the Disneyland Resort Express (operated by Greyline).

We have taken the Disneyland Express several times. You can book through Greyline. They have a large bus that transports you from the airport to the DL Hotel and then takes you to your DL area hotel. We booked a round trip ticket so that we wouldn't have to worry about how to get back.

There is no train from LAX and buses would take many hours and several buses. It took many hours just to get to a museum in Santa Monica area for me so I would say forget public transportaton.

As stated above Disneyland Express and shuttles are the best way. If you have a large group then private limo, shuttle, or a taxi may be about equal to or less than a shuttle.
