Airport near Vero Beach???

Is Orlando the nearest airport to Vero Beach? Is there a small airport closer to Vero Beach?

Any info would be appreciated.

West Palm Beach I think is the nearest airport.

Orlando is about 1 hour and 20 minutes form Vero Beach DVC. I have used this airport because there are many flights going and coming so you have flexibility. I haven't tried West Palm Beach but I have read comments here that it is about the same distance away. Melbourne has an airport that is within 30 minutes of Vero Beach but it is much smaller and may offer you less chance of a direct flight from home.
