David Beckham and actor Austin Butler help lift a fallen tree in Muskoka.
LOL
Ya…good Samaritans. They lifted the tree so that their own Range Rover (carrying Posh) could get to the cottage they were going to. A cottage belonging to a billionaire friend of theirs. So who took the video and posted?

I'm sure it was Posh Spice that took the video and leaked it to the press.
I know Kate Hudson,,,, and Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn live around there.

Have a look here

Got an email from Airmiles today about the Dollarama Card-Link offer and decided to take a peek at the terms and conditions. As mentioned above by @cari12 it is being handled like any other MasterCard threshold offer. BMO can't tell what we buy only that we spent X on something in a specific store. The ones that are coming from the stores directly (like Metro) are able to identify the different categories. My confusion was due to the whole card-link thing that I've not done before - none of them have fit into my spending patterns
Spend a total of $30 on anything - this even includes taxes btw - in one transaction and get 10 miles. You can only do this once a day and it can take up to 30 days after the promo ends (so December 6th) to post.

Thanks. I didn't realize it was a card link offer. I would have been the person rolling my eyeballs at the cashier when I was told they didn't take airmiles. LOL

Deleting as I have found answers to every question I had. I just have to pay more attention and dig a bit deeper.
Thanks.

I just got an offer on DH account for using a cardlinked offer get 100AM. I'll link a M/C to his AM card and use that M/C to purchase a GC and a few other items. Fingers crossed I will get 110AM for purchasing at Dollarama.
While you can't have more than one Airmiles number linked to your Mastercard at the same time it is a simple process to unlink it from one card and then immediately link it to another. Just did and heading out to complete the offer after i get sheared!

Really?! I didn't know this. MC is mine, but DH has the link offer too. Another loophole :)

And I was lucky enough to get one!!!!!!!! For the 23 date!!!!! Everyone else I know got the wait list one.

I'll be at the healthcare job - so I will have to do it on my phone - which I HATE!!!!!!!!!! Wish me luck in getting 4 coveted tickets! DD has asked for a ticket for her 30th birthday present next year - so I'm hoping we can get them.

We bought tickets to her last show in Edmonton YEARS ago for dd and her bestie. So she is claiming 2 of the 4. We can decide if dh and I will go as well - or if we sell ( and NOT jack up the price by 10000000%) the other 2.

i finally got around to hanging up the small quilt i made for the wall in the refinished basement. Looking at the picture has my perfectionism kicking in, off I go to get it centred!

It looks a bit high on the wall but that's to take into account that the comforter sits on the back of the couch and our son is TALL!

Best of luck to you.
You could almost book a disney trip for what you could get for the other 2 tickets...crazy.

So I had a thought, an 'I wonder' actually. I have a PC MC. What happens if I link my AMs card to it since it already has a PC points awards attached? I could do this and use it for the Dollarama 130 AMs offer but don't want to mess up the PC points.

It looks awesome, Jacqueline! Congrats on a job well done! :-)

Danger of booking December flights already, they changed the one on the way down :( It would be an over night lay over in Toronto! So I decided we'd just go down the day before and spend an extra night at Disney. Already changed the hotel reservation to add one night, and chose the flights. A long layover in Toronto now which will not make kiddo happy but we'll have time for lunch there I guess? And lots of time to do customs/security again. Flight home is leaving 5 minutes later which is fine.

Now, need to decide if we'll do an extra park day. I'm tempted not to, we have party tickets for what was to be our first day, so we can go to MK at 4pm, and we are staying at Yacht Club so it would be nice to hang out by the pool there, and perhaps even sleep in or something. We are planning on HS the day after the party and adding an extra park day really does double the cost of the tickets. I guess we can always decide closer to the day. I have enough AM now for 1 of the 1 day tickets (and finally got Onyx for this year!) Not sure I can manage enough to get both tickets or even a 2 day ticket.

I did do the Dollarama thing, used my BMO card and I also have a bonus 100 AM when I use one of the "linked" MC offers, so I think this counts for both. I believe I have an earn 150 AM when you spend $150 in a transaction through the online portal as well, for back to school shopping that may come in handy. Kiddo made me buy him some fancy Nike shoes, that aren't quite the right size, and I think I need to get him different ones. Course he's already worn them all over so can't return them. Kids.

Did they cancel a direct flight? Curious as I watching flights from YOW to MCO for April. Still trying to decide when I'll pull the plug and purchase or give up and just drive to Syracuse for a direct flight.

I wasn't able to get direct on the way there. Coming home is still direct though. Just leaving 5 minutes later.
