Was wondering if there is a list of all the airlines that participate in ME? Or does it really make a difference? We are flying NW and will be using ME for our trip from the airport to our resort but are not using ME fro our return trip to the airport. So could anyone explain to me what the difference in the service with ME?

There is no difference from the airport to your resort. The difference comes for the return. If the airline is participating, you can check your luggage in at the resort and it will automatically be shipped to the airport and onto your plane. If the airline is not participating, you have to carry your luggage to the bus and check it in at the airport yourself.

So which airlines actually paticipate? It used to be the big four (delta, UA, etc). Does Southwest participate?

From mousesavers:

*Participating airlines for the resort check-in/boarding pass service are American, Continental, Delta/Song, JetBlue and United/Ted. The Resort Airline Check-In desk daily operating hours are 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, so you really can't use this service if your flight departs before 8:00 am. (Generally you must leave for the airport 3 hours in advance when using this service.)"
