I bought our tickets in March, I requested window seats at that time and was assured we were getting them and getting the best seats possible.
Of course I find out tonight that not only did we not get window seats, we got the only row on the WHOLE plane that doesn't have windows at all!!
Alaska also lost our seat assignments for a week or two after they issued us a credit, when they put us back in seats I told them we wanted window seats they said no problem and put us back in the row without windows!
I am so not thrilled right now......
Where's a whine smilie when I need it?! I'm sure it will be fine, I just wish they would have told us sooner so we could have made changes when we had the ability to, now we're stuck. They told me time and time that we were getting window seats - it took seatguru.com to tell me we weren't!
