Airline Employee discounts at DL?

Does anyone know what are the discounts thta apply at DL for Airline Employees? We ussually go to WDW, but this year we decided to give DL a try. However while we ussually get 50% of the resort rate at the world, the rate I got for our june stay at DLH with a neverland pool view seems kind of high (195.00 plus tax per night), I have seem better ratews on expedia.

Does anyone know.

It really depends on what time of year you are going. If you're going during peak season (summer) that price (unfortunately) sounds about right.
