Airfare in late August

We have decided to go to WDW in August this year. looking into SWA/Jet blue from NY. What should I expect to pay for airfare at this time of year from either Islip, Kennedy,or LGA (NYC)? Anyone know when the fares for SWA come out for Aug? Thanks!

Late August is usually pretty cheap. We went last August from Manchester New Hampshire to Orlando for 125 per person! I believe it was Aug 17 to the 23rd.

Absolutely! Late August is a great (cheap) time to travel! We already had flights booked but then found flights for $39 one way (add taxes of course) from Syracuse to Orlando! That would have been less than $100 per person! Hotel rates are lower, and so is attendance! We have decided that we will now go in late August instead of early August!

We went the third week of Aug out of LaGuardia in 2004, and the prices were about 150 RT including taxes. We prefer Newark (we live in NJ) but NY is always so much cheaper!! You shouldn't have to pay any more than that, especially if you book early.
