Air Tran Oct. Dates Are Out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just booked our (rewards) flights on Air Tran for mid-October, they're still loading them in...get 'em while they're hot.

I usually only check in the morning, thank you so much. Just booked !!!! YAY!!!!

The 10:30 AM flight I wanted for return was already gone for $79, so I talked DH into 5:00PM instead, gives us more time in the world,,,,YAY US!!!

I am on hold with reservations right now. I had called and waited on hold for about 15 minutes and was told all flights I wanted for 4 people were available, so I asked if I could request my vouchers online while I had her on the line and she said I had to call back... so, I requested and immediately got reward voucher numbers and now I am on hold again.... I hope the flights don't disappear before I get there! LOL. Only so many rewardds seats on any given flight.....

Wow, jazz music on hold...... it is loud too!

I got the 4 rewards seats I needed (Thanks Wendy's and Airtran)! I have been checking for months and now I just have to keep an eye on my flight times to see how many times they change them... lol....

It figures. I just bought the one way down on September 30th...and our return isn't on sale!!! The sale price can't ALL be gone!!! I hope they are still loading them!

In our market they usually start out @ $99 & will sometimes drop to $79 sale fare. Since we're limited to 1 direct flight/day we usually book asap.

I used reward vouchers (some Wendy's, some regular we had earned). The first 2 times I called, I was told they only had seats on Tues, Weds & Thurs. Waited an hour, called the A+ number & seats magically appeared (???).

At this point just glad to get them. Starting to get disallusioned w/AT in a major way. Think I'll use up my rewards & move on to SW's program.

Where can you find out AirTran's available booking dates, or do you just have to play around on the website to see? What is the last date booking currently?

Thanks for this post. I had checked AirTran this morning and October wasn't up. Then I checked the Disboards tonight at 8 and I saw this thread. We just called and redeemed our vouchers for Bos to LA in October. We have decided to do DisneyLand instead of WDW this October since we had the free flights and just to do something different. We were so happy to get the early flight on a Sat.with our vouchers, thanks for posting!!!!!!!!!!!

I just booked our Sept 29th - Oct 8th trip last night! Got $79 each way from PHL. I hope that they don't go lower, I've never gone this time of year so wasn't sure if that was the best rate? Well, I'm happy that I got the times that I wanted! I love Air Tran
