Air Tran HELP - flight are cheaper will they credit?

I just checked and the air tran flight is cheaper than when i purchased less than a week ago. Will they credit the difference like southwest does?

You can call them and ask. Depends on who you talk to there. We did receive a credit one time for use toward future tickets, but another time was told no credits are allowed due to decrease in price. Can't ask to call and ask.

Congrats on getting the credit! And you were really smart to check the fares too. Not many people do that with their airline tickets, but you can definitely save money towards your next trip if you do. Our fares dropped last week too.

Remember it is a year from when you purchased the original tickets. (...at least when we did it a couple years ago)
