Air Passenger Refund

A couple of months ago there was a spate of postings as people began to receive their BA/Virgin refunds. Using that as a nagging reminder, on the 8th June I submitted our claim by uploading a spreadsheet of the relevant 13 round trips to the settlement website .
Today I received a cheque for £195.60. Thanks!

Great news,
After I got our cheque (about £60 for 1 flight 3 people) I decided to go thru all my paperwork & emails with a fine toothcomb, found another 2 trips I believe qualified so submitted them. Wasn't too bothered before but £60 a trip its worth the work.

We are the same - I only put in our claim when the post went up about the refunds being received

I submitted my claim online for 5 return flights when it was first possible to do so and still haven't received a cheque. I don't know where I've recorded the reference number to check progress either which doesn't help!

I'm wondering if I should just submit the details again.

Yes I am now submitting mine for the third time as I submitted a claim when it initially came out recorded the number and then went to check and the ref could not be located, did a second application and nothing, so hope third time lucky!

just done mine online again although I did apply right at the start but have not recived any paymnet so maybe I will now as they say "every little helps" with the disney fund

We haven't received anything, but last time I posted, the consensus was that those who elected to have payment made directly into a bank account would have a longer wait. I have a reference number. How do I check?

You can log in on the homepage www.airpassengerrefund.co.uk down left side log in option but it only allows you to see your application to print off, no progress report.

We received a cheque today for £20.12. The letter stated it was a refund for our flights with British Airways, but all our claims were with Virgin! We claimed for 2 return flights for 4 people so the refund does seem a bit low. Has anybody received more than one cheque?

Ours was £60.36 (£20.12pp) for 1 return flight. I bet it will be same as the last thread on this subject nobody can work out any reasoning to the amounts.
